  *Bauquet will be held at “Grand Ballroom” in Konjiam Resort(inside the venue), at 18:00 on Nov. 16 (Thursday).

• Card payment is available through the online system.
• Please confirm your payment receipt provided by your card vendor.
• The registration payment method is Eximbay and the registration fee will be billed under the name of Eximbay later.

• A bank transfer should be made to the account below. The sender’s name must be identical to the registrant’s name.

• The registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances after the early registration deadline.
• Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail.
• All refunds will be made within 4 weeks for administrative reasons.
• The registration fee is refundable after deduction of the necessary expenses that have already been incurred.
