- Details of registration fee will be shown during the online registration process.
- Includes program book, welcome reception
* Welcome Reception will be held at “Ilchool”,2nd floor, at 18:00 on Nov. 19(Wednesday).
* Banquet will be held at “Manhaejung” B1 floor, at 18:00 on Nov.20(Thursday).
Methods of Payment
Please read carefully before proceeding with registration.
Credit Card Payment
- Card payment is available through the online system.
- Please confirm your payment receipt provided by your card vendor.
- The registration payment method is Eximbay and the registration fee will be billed under the name of Eximbay later.
Cancellation policy
- The registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances after the early registration deadline.
- Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail.
- All refunds will be made within 4weeks for administrative reasons.
- The registration fee is refundable after deduction of the necessary expenses that have already been incurred.
